About NACE codes It is important to identify the business sector your organisation is working in, especially to identify sectors using design and those not using design. Therefore, EDTI is using, the first two levels (with one exception for design activities) of the NACE codes as published by the European Union on 14 October 2008. (See http://ec.europa.eu/comm/competition/mergers/cases/index/nace_all.html). The NACE codes are used to classify the registered organisations from all economic sectors. Recently, NACE codes have been assigned to design.
