100 course descriptions available: Keep on sharing!

Three months after the end of the phase 1 of the EDTI project, 100 course descriptions are now available on the EDTI website. This is just a beginning. It will keep on growing. There is a lot of material about design business management and various other topics. You should already be able to find something of interest to you, something that could inspire you or for which you could develop new collaborations.

EDTI further collaborates with Cumulus!

Throughout the first phase of the project, EDTI has been in close contact with the Cumulus network. Cumulus is a global association to serve art and design education and research. It is a forum for partnership and transfer of knowledge and best practices. Cumulus consists currently of 169 members from 43 countries.

Cumulus has initiated working groups that are a member initiative activity. These working groups address various themes such as Sustainability, Digital Culture, Research, Benchmarking, Staff Development, Virtual University, Glass Art and Design, Fashion and Textile, Industrial design, Interior design…

EDTI Day in Liege on 8 October 2010

Within the framework of the Design Biennale in Liège (Belgium), ‘design innovation’ organises an EDTI Day on 8 October 2010. The programme includes a series of workshops during which participants will discuss and debate pedagogical approaches to develop skills for design project management and management of design business. These topics will be looked at from both education and lifelong learning perspectives.
